Body Composition

Weight is not always a true measure of health.

You can have two individuals, same height, both weigh 155 lbs., but have very different health statistics.

Muscle mass, percentage of body fat, and more are all indicators of health.

We encourage all to discover their body composition.

  • Using special BIA technology, we can measure key health indicators like:
    • Weight
    • Body Fat Percentage
    • Body Water Percentage
    • Muscle Mass
    • Bone Mass
    • Visceral Fat
    • Metabolic Age

For best results, do not exercise, eat, or drink any liquids besides water 4 hours prior to testing.

* Metabolic age is a reflection of physical health in the form or a calculation based on the base metabolic rate (BMR). If someone’s metabolic age is lower than his or her actual age, it suggests that the body is fit, while one that is higher than the actual age indicates that someone may be experiencing health challenges. A number of calculations are used to determine metabolic age, relying on a combination of the subject’s height, actual weight, and resting metabolic rate.
